GEGEN SPORTS: BERLIN, WITH CURIOSITY AND CARE
I’m drawn to nights that make me rethink what a club can hold: different sounds, different bodies, different ways of expressing ourselves. GEGEN SPORTS is on my Berlin radar for Friday 13 November 2026 at KitKatClub.
The event listing gives 20:00–09:00, running into Saturday, with GEGEN, Warsaw’s REFORMA and Brussels’ Los Niños across the programme. Confirmed names include Schacke, Cristian Marras, BOYCA and Byron Yeates. That exchange between scenes is what catches my attention; I’d like to hear how it unfolds in the room.
I haven’t experienced this edition, and I won’t pretend to know its atmosphere in advance. Before going, I would read the current entry, dress and photography rules carefully. A ticket and a familiar party name are no substitute for understanding the space you’re entering.
My excitement comes with a simple hope: that curiosity and respect travel together. Giving someone room, accepting a boundary and checking in with a friend matter as much as finding the next set.
